Youth cohort4 × 60 minutes or 2 × 2 hours. Recommended group: 8–20 with a trained second adult.
Adult cohort1 × 4 hours, 2 × 2 hours, or 4 × 60 minutes with locally relevant referral and reentry resources.

NON-NEGOTIABLE DELIVERY STANDARD

Care is part of the curriculum.

  1. Pass is a complete answer; private writing, drawing, voice, fictional examples, breaks, and alternate activities are valid.
  2. Never require names, graphic details, illegal-conduct disclosures, diagnoses, medication information, or reading private work aloud.
  3. This is education—not therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, substance-use treatment, or crisis counseling.
  4. Explain confidentiality limits and mandated-reporting procedures before sensitive work begins.
  5. Youth delivery requires host approval, caregiver consent when required, a trained second adult, and no unapproved one-to-one contact.
  6. Prepare a quiet space and local crisis, counseling, violence-support, legal-aid, reentry, housing, education, and employment resources.
  7. Do not record, photograph, publish, or collect personal stories without separate informed permission.
  8. Measure confidence, planning, coping choices, and resource awareness—never the amount of trauma disclosed.
