How automatic planning works

  1. The next quarter remains visible as Preview.
  2. Approved weekly themes, projects and resources rotate into a draft plan.
  3. An administrator reviews every new AI suggestion.
  4. On the quarter boundary, the approved plan becomes Active.
  5. Completed evidence stays archived; only priority unfinished skills carry forward.

Important: the Academy never publishes unreviewed AI-generated lessons directly to a student.
